In the Rhac book that I just got (Rhacodatylus, The Complete Guide to Their Selection and Care), it says that you will get all retic babies with both retic parents. With a retic and a stripe, you will get 50 - 50.? And with 2 stripes, you will either get 100% stripe or 75% stripe and 25% retic. The book was published in 2003, so I don't know if they found out anything else since then.

I believe it's just like cresteds, you'll get some odd balls which with selective breeding can create amazing morphs, but the general rule is you can't really expect much better than the parents. The way we got pinstripe cresteds was by breeding partial pins until the morph formed. Not saying to retics can't produce a stripe (mostly with recessive genes) the odds are very slim you'll get a stripe.
