the bad part is Dollar general and family dollar stores are stocked full of the same things wal mart sells and are cheaper on most things but not many people shop there.  and we are paid & treated much better than at wal mart

I've never been treated badly at walmart.... Actually the people at my dollar general act like jerks and the store is really dirty...

Guys, I really hate having to step in on a thread, but this has gone way off topic.  Let's try to keep the discussions in this forum about crested geckos.

Just FYI - I could go on for days about globalization and the way these companies lobby our elected officials to keep them from doing anything about it, but let's save that conversation for the off-topic forums. 

And yes, I'm a bit of a hypocrite because I still shop at Wal-Mart.

that is too bad, b/c they have what i want/need. But Target is my favorite. store.

cool i work at target in logistics we always get pallets full of sterilites
