I would keep them "glued" together and place them as best as you can in some vermiculite or your favorite hatching medium, and as soon as the first hatches, I'd cut away any "left-over" shell from the remaining egg.
I've never had it happen with any of my eggs, but it's not that uncommon.
Just make sure both eggs are covered no more than half way-even if you have to be "creative" with how you place them in the medium.
Just dig out a little slot in the medium, place the "bottom" egg in, and bank the medium around the other.
