What's the deal with buckskin, how does it differ from patternless and is it considered to be a desirable morph?

buckskin is a color reference and patternless well refers to the lack of pattern.
buckskin is basically brown.
and a patternless buckskin might be the least desirable of all morphs

Maybe it's just me, but when I think of a buckskin I think of a patternless tan gecko.  I always thought "buckskin" implied a gecko with no pattern and a tan/brown color scheme.

Buckskin is the actually "normal" color crestie.  Everthing else are the color morphs.

Yep pretty much BUT that is a Juvie and unless you know the parentage you can't be sure that it will remain just an ordinary buckskin.    That is however the color type.
