Got a couple of new girls!!

Marshmallow-she gets much darker, but wasn't' cooperating this morning.






Vanilla Bean-she fires up to a very pale beige!






And Katey got a new corn...Carnelia-younger sister to Coral, who she bought last year.

She was being a brat today.

Please excuse her...she's a bit blue.

And this afternoon, I found this sweet little one cruising around the yard.

His name is Salvatore.









The lawn guy came today, and I managed to grab Salvatore before the weed-whacker got to him.

He's living in the shrubbery in the back corner of the yard now.

Marshmallow is gorgeous!  If I saw her before you did I totally would have picked her up for my tricolor project!  Good seeing you guys again as usual!

Marshmallow is still a little light for breeding, but I'm fattening her up since I get her home.

She's not sure what to do about wax worms, though.

I'll have to figure out that riddle, I only have 2.3 breeding right now so it would be tough to lose a male.  We'll figure it out by the Fall.

Well, maybe we can do the swap in the spring. Like maybe in early March.  God knows, we live close enough that we could meet half way and swap geckos! 

That way, we could quarantine till early April, meet and give back geckos in May at the herp show, and still have a good breeding season. 

It's not like they have to mate for each clutch, and  5 to 6 weeks of mating should be good for the season.

It would save on shipping is we meet half way for the March swap, and do the swap back at the spring show.

And in the fall, we could each swap a hatchling from the mixes we made!

I'll just make sure that I hold Marshmallow back for you, since she's a bit light to breed anyway, and I'll decide over the winter who I want to breed with Berto's dad.

I just thought about my last post...that's stupid. 

You'd keep Marshmallow till the fall, and I'd bring Berto's daddy back in May.

My girls are being put up for the winter at the end of October.

I don't like to over-stress them.

With just the two males, was Link or Chuck Norris the sire of the little orange tiger I got from you on Sunday? I looked at your breeders on your site and it seemed pretty clear who her mom was she looks just like her!  She was all fired up for me tonight, very bright  .
