Homeade gecko food?

So i recently ran out of CGD and i usually order online... but right now i'm extremely tight on cash so i was just going to get some from petsmart or another local reptile shop... well anyways long story short i was told CGD has been recalled and now all they have is is "Fluker's CGD" which is garbage and my geckos won't eat it.
Until i can afford to make an order online i have made my gecko's shakes.
I used blueberries, mango, and Greek yogurt for calcium and protein... does that sound ok? Can you guys think of any other nutrients i should get in there?
Thanks for the help!

Recipes that I've seen for home-made gecko food usually include some kind of meat protein.
Remember-in the wild, cresties eat mushy, over-ripen fruit. And what does sweet, mushy fruit attract...besides geckos?
BUGS & WORMS! So as the gecko is eating the fruit, it's also snapping at the bugs and worms, and munching them down, too.
To get away from feeder insects and worms, most people substitute pureed chicken baby food in small amounts.
Just make sure the fruits and the yogurt don't contain any sugar, and get the yogurt with active cultures, and you should be good to go!!
Also-avoid pineapple, cranberries, and citrus fruits-they have acids that aren't good for the geckos!!
Just don't use the home-made stuff too often or for too long, because others who do have had geckos that end up with serious dietary imbalances...like Metabolic Bone Disease.
It's also much harder to switch the geckos back to CGD, which is just about the BEST diet for these guys!
Good luck with your kids!

CGD hasn't been recalled, they changed their labels and that's it. maybe another store in your area has it?

Yeah-try PetCo. Mine still carries it!
Pet Supplies Plus and Pets(not so)mart has discontinued CGD in favor of the NatureZone cubed plastic vomit food that even crickets won't touch.
