Bout time to Introduce Myself

So I realized I havent properly introduced myself on here yet. My name is Santana, and im 24. Me and my husband move between charlotte NC and clemson sc. we just got into cresties in May or June of 2010, but we had snakes for 3 years before that, and my husband had snakes for 3 years before we got married.

Haha, nevermind, I did find your introduction.

This forum is much better then other pet based ones Ive been on. (insert flashback from a glider forum where i was the victim of cruel words)

Its nice to find a place where you can have opinions different from other people and no one will get mad at you.

LOL-had to dig to find mine, didn't you!!

I've kinda been here forever...or at least it feels that way!!  This is my crested gecko home-where I got my start and learned 99% of what I know about these guys!  I've joined about 10 other gecko/reptile forums since, but Ciliatus is "Home Sweet Home"!

Some of the forums are more active, some less active, some are just snobbish, and others are down right hostile!!

I LOVE this place-like Goldilocks aid-"It's just right!"

Ive never been on any other reptile forums. I was on a sugar glider forum, and everyone there was rude to you if you were a newbie. If you didnt think the same way they did, you were wrong and they would go on another forum and talk about you. It got so bad that people i didnt know and never met talked someone out of selling to me, saying i didnt care for my animals.

Its nice to have a forum where you can Ask questions and get reliable serious answers that are helpful!

Sorry your sugar glider forum experience was so BAD!!

Ciliatus has always prided itself for being friendly and very helpful!!

When spring gets here, Anthony is going to change the software format and hopefully we;ll have a grand -reopening/relaunch, and we'll get some of the old members back!!

They were all VERY NICE, but we've had a HUGE spammer/troll problem in the past year or so, and it drove a lot of the members away.

Since December, we've had regular moderator patrols to stop the spammers and help the newbies, so things are getting better around here, and pretty soon breeding season will be in full swing, so hopefully we'll be very busy!!
