Awesome babies! I haven't caught mine in the act in a while. What is that incubation medium?

I've tried to do this as well, but mine tend to sit in the egg with their heads poking out for hours, sometimes a whole day. Great looking little flames:)

Congrats on the cute kids!!

The substrate almost looks like zeolite rather than perlite.

How do you keep the humidity up in a deli cup with all those holes along the side??

Its plain volcanic pumice. The humidity levels haven't been a problem I just add water more often. It may not be as pretty but it works. xD And as for the picts I made a habit of taking at least 1 picture of each hatchling as soon as I find it. I was trying to get more photos of this clutch because it was unusual how the egg was slit open so far and perfectly cupping the curled up hatchling and fluids. This one just happened to decide to move as I was still taking pictures. Only time I've been able to photograph hatching quite like this. Its actually easier to take the photos if they hold still.   Grin Thank you I enjoy my lil army immensely.

How soon can you touch a hatchling gecko? Cuz as soon as its out of the egg im going to want to pick them up and hold them.
