I am thinking of after the move setting up some racks for my cresteds.

Who here uses racks?
What kind? Any pros / cons?

I think the only problem would be if you didn't use lids on the tubs in the rack like most people do with snakes and the gecko decided to stick to the rack not the tub and you pull tub out crushing the gecko.

You can make a rack system pretty easily, but those used for snakes are not always the right shapes or sizes. I have a simple metal shelving unit I bought at Target, with big sterlite boxes, (two per shelf) and small low wattage heat pads underneath. I use Ultratherm heaters because they are approved for plastics.
