Ok I know I said when I started I would only have the one pair.

Whoops a second female fell into my lap a few months back so now I have a trio. To make matters worth I just traded off some frogs for 2.2 more.  Looks like I have given into the obsession.

So now that down the road I may have a few more clutches should I invest in an incubator?  Right now my clutches are individually housed in 8 oz deli cups. They hang out in the bathroom closet with the tadpoles.

I know an incubator will keep them at a more stable temp and stable humidity so should I just go ahead and get one?

If so any reccomendation?

I don't use an incubator, I just have container I put all of my eggs into.
Pics of my "incubator" are at the bottom of the first post:

I'd only use an incubator if it is too cold or temps are on the low end and extremely unstable. I guess you could use one of those foam coolers with no heat added if you just want temps to be more stable- just put your egg containers in that and leave it closed.

My room only changes 2-3 degrees between day and night but I always figured a incubator that actually regulated the temperature was only necessary in my case with a temperature sex determined species. So it would only be necessary with leachianus. Hope this helps some.
