That's what it looks like to me, but I'm new(ish) at the morph recognition game. Incidentally, this is another Petco special. She's got some really interesting looking speckling on her head that didn't really show up in the pictures.

I don't know if she would qualify as a harlequin because of the minimal blotching on her limbs. But some might call her a "creamsicle" morph because she has wonderful cream markings on her dorsal and belly. An incredibly beautiful gecko!
Nice find!!!

Thanks for the input. I have a difficult time deciphering between harleys and just interestingly patterned flames. But you're saying it has to do with the amount of patterning on the legs and sides?

Wow, a great Petco find!!
I'd call her a harley and could make a strong case for a creamsicle too

youre pretty much right on. the diference between flames and harlequins are in how much patterning the limbs, sides and neck area have. I personally dont consider anything a harlequin unless it has close to (or more than) 50% of its body/ limbs showing patterning. that is my own personal "standard" for a harlequin. any thing with less that 50% of it body showing patterning i call a flame.
it is really upto the individual, some people have really nice flames but harlequins are "better" (for lack of a better term) so they call their flames harlequins.

That little guy is an awesome petco find! Orange and Cream or Creamsicle but more on the flame side because the side markings do not extend high enough.

I'll have to take some new pictures of her, she's gotten even brighter orange now, and she's filled out a bit more.

sorry guys but i gotta disagree and say Chevron not Flame. a chevron looks very much like a flame, but without the cream color on top of the head, and usually the cream is also broken down the back. pretty sweet coloring

this is a really nice guide to help tell apart the flame/harli/chevron morphs. i had a lot of trouble with that too when i started out

Yeah the head basically is the same as the ground color, but it's mottled with brighter orange now, and when she fires up she's got sort of a blushing thing going on on her head.

I will compromise with you until a back shot is uploaded. It's a Chevron Back fire.
