it sounds like your humidity levels are just about perfect as is. I had the zoo meg repti fogger and I stopped using it because when it wasnt running all the condesation in the hose would drip constantly into the pen. it was too wet for my cresties. ive been having great luck this past year with about 45-55% humidity, jumping to about 70% right after a misting. ive noticed they seem to shed better if they have some time to dry out

How many misting should they have a day I am concerned with under or over misting, Also I many not be able to do morning, noon and night misting at the same time every day thats why i am concerned with getting some type of humidity timer.

I live in CA so its not too dry here in the winter (compared to the easy coast at least) I mist pretty heavily once every other night in the spring/ summer time and once every night in the winter. I also have water bowls available to them at all times.

all my cresties are in screen cages too, so if you have yours in a glass terrarium humidity shouldnt be a problem with a single nightly misting i would think.

I keep my cresties in tubs, with ventilation holes drill on all sides and a few in the lid.
I mist heavily once in the morning, and spray the cresties body at the same time.
I let the tubs dry out at night though, so the enclosure/plants/etc aren't constantly wet.
When it's very cold in my room i put on a space heater which drys out the air, so I will mist 2x a day.

Your humidity sounds fine, and cresties rarely have trouble with shedding unless kept very dry.
