White vinegar is great for cutting down odors and it won't bother the geckos at all. That's what I use and I love it because it erodes the poop and makes it easy to clean up, lol.
BUT, if you want to, you can use a 1/8 bleach with 7/8 water solution.
Personally, I believe vinegar is the better and less toxic. :]
