Funny thing is that when I saw the pinner the first time, it was completely white. I thought "wow, a moonglow, got to have it!" So we took it out and it started firing up in my hand and turned into this beautiful pinstripe. I took it home right away. This was about a month ago. The dalmatian I got yesterday. My Petco is absolutely frying those babies. Several are having shedding problems because the humidity is so low, about 40%. Feel like going over with my tweezers. I spoke with the manager, but who the heck knows if he did anything. I'd buy them all, but I do not know if I could resell them to good homes.

That's the whole problem. The will not even put a plastic plant in their enclosure for them to hide. This really ticks me off!

What do the rest of them look like, if they are as nice as the ones you got, then you should have no trouble re-selling them. Smiley

I am just overcrowded right now. The hard part will be hiding them from my hubby. He still does not know I acquired 1 leachie, two chahouas and 4 cresteds in the last two weeks. I am also getting two more chahouas tomorrow!!!! He is sooooo clueless. But I do plan on going back to check them out this weekend to see what's left.

Yea, you can find some high end cresteds at petco if you look at the right time.  I've been looking for 2 years and so far found these

blonde harley
7 young adult females
2 red flame/harleys
2 red patternless
1 almost creamsicle (barely had any cream)
tons of harleys and extremem harleys
and i just found one that looks like the marbles (flame pattern with tiger patern over it)

Apparently it didn't work that well as you just said

I still say the more you buy, the more they buy, the more that die. Or are at least mistreated.

I sent them a letter and I'm meeting with one of the big corporate people Wednesday.  He sent my email to all the stores here.  When i went into the one that i buy from the manager was talking to me about it.  She told me I sure got someone's attention.

I will be checking on my store today. Last time they saw me, they went running with the misting bottle! Still have to find out if they are feeding CGD, but the temps are good, finally.
