i use a rubber coated screen, I get it at OSH its somekind of super strong "pet resistant" screen. im guessing its for peoples screen doors when their dogs or cats claw at them because its near indestructable, but really nice to work with. It looks really nice, and is easy to clean.

on a side note, I use standard aluminum or stainless screen if its going to have a heat lamp or anything on it (for the top of a pen), you wouldnt want a rubber or rubbercoated screen in that case.

I also always use the black coated stuff. I think it looks better and is much safer

i dotn see why it wouldny work, cresties arent cage destroyers like monitor lizards can be, i doubt one would be able to damage that type of screen. just watch out if you put heat lamps on or near it, ive had screens melt alittle when i was younger...nearly lost (by escape, not death) a bibrons gecko because of it haha
