I would say its a flame. as i understand it, a bi color shouldnt have ANY side patterning, just a dorsal stripe, where as flames have a varying degree of side and limb markings just not enough to be called a harlequin. i could be wrong though Huh

flame. possibly a light harli when older, that leg patterning sometimes pops out and surprises you.  Smiley
