This is my first Gecko, I got him this week.  I not sure what kind he is but he is or the sex. His name is King and I think hes around 7 months old.

Its a cute little flame and at 7 months you should be able to see a hemipenal bulge if it were a male.  Anything that remind you of testicles growing down there?  If not by now you may have a female.

I would say it is a flame also

but i do see some patterning on the sides and legs that might sway it to being a harlequin if it fires up darked could probably tell better

I noticed the whitish spots on his head is this ok.  And looked to see if he has any berries, looks like I got a female.  Could I put another female in with her?

As long as the females are both around the same size it should be fine, I currently have 3 females together that are around 32-38 grams in weight and they are great together


and make sure it doesnt have this

Some males are late at developing, a pic to see if there are any pores would be better. We had one a few years ago which was about 9 months old, we were sure it was female (didn'tknow about the pores then) put it in with another female and BANG!! dropped his bits almost overnight  Wink

I wouldn't call it a flame either - maybe a bicolor, but a flame pattern would be a lot busier (unless it's cream) and have a lot more contrast to it.
