Thats good, snake bites suck, even if they don't hurt too much!

( at least I've only gotten 2 in the 8 years{I've kept snakes since i was nine} I've worked with snakes- one from a cornsnake and one from my ball python)

Nice...lol,  when i was working with a large breeder, i have been tagged by adult balls, green trees, carpets, bloods, an anaconda, a 10 ft. albino burm, red tail boa, dumeril boa, green mamba (not hot tho'), tons of different baby snakes, a baby gator, a Sulcata, box turtle......might be more, thats all i can think of right now.

Almost all were because i was doing something wrong, not because the reptile was mean....yes some were very mean all the time. You learn very fast which snakes are OK to take out to play with and which ones are only for breeding...

think the worst was a big green tree got of left arm, i have scars about 4 inches long from that guy, i was battling them to get them to breed and when i took out one of the males, the other male that was in their got me....wow, it was bloody...lol

OUCH!  The worst was the ball, not because of pain but because he was in hunt mode and had wrapped around my wrist and wouldnt let go, I had to gently work him off.

That was my fault, I had been getting him off a several month long fast, and he was getting aggressive about feeding  - I found that by prekilling the mice and putting their heads in his mouth he'd bite down on it and "kill it".  He pulled free from my hold  and tagged right between my thumb and forefinger.  But hey, what matters is that he was feeding again and he has done great since!

I'm jealous that you got to work with a big breeder Tongue
