Just wanted to say "Hi" and introduce myself. My name is April and as stated in the subject line live in Kansas City, MO.  I got bitten by the herp/reptile bug about 2 1/2 years ago when I met my boyfriend Tim.  Now between the two of us we have just a few reptiles.  Those would be 5 Mali Uromastyx's, 3 Bearded Dragons, 2 Tokay Geckos, 2 Ball Pythons, 2 Corn Snakes, 1 Blue Tongue Skink, 1 Crested Gecko (hope to have more soon), and 1 Sulcata Tortoise. Of course we also have the 2 Miniature Pinschers, 1 cat, and 3 fish tanks that complete the family. So we both keep pretty busy feeding and cleaning even after our 8 to 10 hr work days. But neither one of us mind doing it since we love them all very much!  Well, not much else to say at the moment but thanks for looking!

April

Thanks for the welcome!  To answer your question Liz, our Sulcata is still on the smaller size. She is only 3 1/2lbs currently. Poor thing, we rescued her from a family who really didn't know much and was feeding her baby food. She has some pyramiding and a split in her beak.  Plus they had her in a 12" x 12" x 12" Exo Terra terrarium.  But she is doing much better and has plenty of room to stretch out. My bf named her Shelly.  Cheesy

Thanks for asking and I'll have to share some pictures of her soon.

You are lucky to be in KC, you could just take a trip over to AC's place any time you want! lol
