he looks very orange here these are what we took of him just now in his new viv Smiley he seems to have fired up a lot more and looks really vivid.  is he anything like a halloween harley? i've read they have to have a lot of contrast between bright orange/choc...anyway, i'll let you have a look...





this is prob the best one...



actually looking at the last pic his base colour looks more like lavendar... Huh

He definitely looks like he'll turn out to be a Halloween harley... he's little yet, and in my experience geckos like that will turn out very dark when they get older and learn how to fire up properly.

I'm a little confused as to the whole "lavender" thing, but as far as I know, if a gecko is that nice pale mauve colour when not fired it qualifies. So I think (I THINK) it could be both Smiley

It can be called a harlequin by almost anyone's standards, but as for saying "Halloween harley"?...maybe so, maybe not. Depends with time how dark it truly gets. The term Halloween is thrown around a lot sometimes without an accurate representation, so sometimes it's best to just call it a harlequin and that's all.

yeah.. i just read that they have to have a lot of contrast between orange and a really dark base colour, which i thought he has in the last pic.  time will tell i suppose Smiley

I would say he is a great looking harley, and has some bold patterning. Great gecko you have there.
