Out of curiosity I was wondering what you all feed your Crested Gecko's as far as fruit is concerned. Do you stick solely to the CGD or baby food? Or do you actually prepare fresh fruits? Or a combo of the above?

i actually use clarks, but i do plan on getting some of the new CGD in the near future.
i think alot of people are moving away from baby food because its not really the "best" thing to give them

I feed Clark's diet and Crix, each every other day.

You know I feed mine everything (cgd, clarks,my own mix and crix) Some of my geckos don't care for the powder mixes.I  know all mine love crickets (it really seems to boost they're growth as well) Has anyone else noticed that?

They all sound pretty good, I think I'm going to do a mix of CGD, insects and fresh fruits.

I do have another question. I've been looking around at my local stores trying to find the CDG and I can't find it anywhere. No one seems to carry it, so I think I'm going to need to order it online. So do you all have a suggestion of where I could order it online?

I have and I believe that feeding crix is very important to the growth of a juvi crestie. I actually feed my juvis crix, crix, clarks on a daily rotation.

Baby food is too high in sugars and preservatives for geckos, it just isnt the best thing for them. They also eat the CGD a lot better when it doesnt have the baby food in it.

I only feed crickets about once every couple of months, and thats when they are dusted with reptivite.

as for buying the CGD online, i think thats the best bet anyway. Its a lot cheaper, like 1/4 of the price. Pangea has CGD on their website, and I think Big Fat Geckos also has it for about the same price.
