Well, he stopped some time after 8-10-08( that was his last time with gaining weight i have recorded and was 1,175g)

I switched the snakes and but big fat Anubis is the larger, and thus slightly cooler cage, and put Ceasar( now a few grams over 1,000 and becoming triangular shaped) into the smaller warmer tank to help induce getting him back onto eating. I know he isn't sick, he drinks and drops urates normally, isn't legarthic, no mouth rot or breathing issues, shows no strange quirks. I tried to sucker him into eating with some small mice, but those were refused( he acts head shy to any food, and me).

I'm hoping that he eats soon and that he is simply doing an winter fast. Sad

Any tips would be nice.

OMG HE JUST BIT IT... the warmer tank did it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just finished my victory dance.

I put him in the warmer tank monday and a minute ago i carefully opened the cage and dangled a good size rat in there, just to see if he showed any interest, he flinched away at first but then went back for the kill!!!!

Glad to hear it!  It usually does take a few days for the higher temps to work their magic... now, as long as he doesn't regurgitate it, he will probably start getting back to his old self!

Yeah, but judging by his semi aggressive stares at me, i'd say he is back to his old self

yeah..., now when i open the cage he is already trying to come out of the cage and look for something to bite, i'm glad i have a long snake hook. He fed again today on a smaller but decent rat, hopefully this week he behaves more like a ball python and less like a rabid dog.

He is one of the most aggressive creatures at feeding time, sometimes he likes his rats running in the feeding box, sometimes he likes them dangled over his head... w/e lol he is back, with all his teeth
