Epi-pens DO NOT WORK for ENVEMONATION (sp?)

They are STRICTLY for allergic reactions.

I'm ALLERGIC to bee stings, and use Epi-pens for the lovely reaction...my lungs close down.

It's called ANAPHYLACTIC SHOCK, and it's TOTALLY DIFFERENT to a toxic situation like envenomation.

have been told by THE BREEDER that some people have an ALLERGIC REACTION to them, quote from "biology of gila monsters and beaded lizards" by davie beck. page 58/59 "haloderma bites may sensitize some individuals and result in an allergic reaction to the vemon"

so no its not "TOTALLY DIFFERENT"  Wink

lol...

hate it when one assumes i dont know anything. i wouldnt have said it if i didnt know what i was talking about

What a cute little bugger! I love gilas and beadeds, but I had a hard enough time convincing the wife to load up on non-venomous cresties!

Guess I'll just have to admire yours!
