You, brat!!  I SWEAR you told me "bearded" lizard, (you WERE excited, however  Grin) at the show, and I couldn't figure out what the HELL you were talking about!!

I was talking to a customer at work today and he actually brought THESE guys up and after he gave me the description we finally figured out what it probably was!

HE'S WAY COOL!!  Reminds me of a Gila I lived with for a while...the skin and over-all look.

This customer of mine told me they walk right up to you in the wild (well, "tourist" wild  Roll Eyes) and hope you have fruit?

What's it's temperament and stuff like?  Give us some info ('cause googling is just too much work)!

Nothing is as refreshing as seeing a well kept enclosure with clean healthy thriving animals doing what they do. Dont let your animals live in nasty little homes. Also, our voices do make a difference. Pay attention to warnings about reptile bans and such, sign a petition, be heard, it works. Thanks

Too cute!! Those nails are reeeally long. Do you have a second person hold the little guy when you trim 'em or do they have to be knocked out?

The pattern is BEAUTIFUL!!

But Lance...I hate to say this to you...your new baby has a face that only a MOTHER could love...looks like it got beaten with an "ugly stick".

I just can't get into the gilas and beaded lizards.

To each his or her own... Grin

You mean the whole "hissy-hissy, OOOO...be very scared of me!  I'm huge and inflated and look horrifying!".  Then you pick 'em up and it's more like "I'm all bark...be gentle with me, please?"?

Do 'ya think an Epi-pen would even do the trick??  I don't know much about how the toxin works, so have no clue.

I've heard that once they latch on they basically DON'T LET GO!  Someone told me about a bite where even after they cut off the head it wouldn't let up...urban legend?
