Do crested geckos get used to new surroundings at a different pace? I just got 2 geckos and one of them is really hyper and the other is slow. The hyper one just got in their new tank and already managed to make a lap around the tank, tease my bearded dragon through the glass, and fall asleep, when the second gecko was still sitting on the same spot I put him on breathing very fast. Right now the fast guy is asleep and the slow one is awake. They were awake most of the day and dozed off in the evening. (Just arrived and had lots of excitement) I don't now if the slow one should be sleeping because of the time difference? He just seems to do things twice as slow as the other guy. The hyper one already managed to do several jumps and he didn't.

Is this normal? Is the slow one healthy and just reacting differently? Thanks!!

It's nothing to worry about.  Some will come in calm and some go crazy until they get use to their new home.

I agree with firecrested, all cresteds are different I have one that will let you hold him and just chill there and others that jump around like crazy.
