She could have parasites and or be dehydrated.

Ive been giving her baths 1-2 times each day.

It may be parasites...you may want to get a sample and take it to a vet along with the gecko.

Is it possible that she's dehydrated a bit???  Naybe mix some Pedialyte with some non-citrus fruit juice...like half and half.

How often do you feed her?  what do you feed her? and how well does she eat?

Ive been trying t ofeed her every day, I leave the CGD in withe her every night and have bee nfeeding her a roach during the day.

Another question..Is she pooping well?  Also, where are the roaches from? 

Roaches are a lot of protein to give every day, I think, if you're offering CGD as well.  I'd back of the daily roach (since it might fill her up too much-then she may not be eating enough CGD-which has a high water content and will help to hydrate).  I'd maybe do a few crickest per week to help her get a tad more weight on.  The first pic is the most demonstrative, but the shown eye doesn't look too horribly big. 

I've seen Tokays with HORRIBLY swollen eyes...bacterial infection or fluid build-up behind the eye, I believe, but hers is nothing in comparison.  It certainly wouldn't hurt to have her dewormed, however, as a precaution.

where did you get the gecko?...i got one from petco that had the same problem(only one eye tho), she lost the eye, shes alot smaller than all my other geckos too, she always ate crested diet food and crickets, didnt start happening untill about adult size...could be the same thing...Another thing, snakes that dont shed the eye cap sometimes have the same problem....this might be way left field...

Thanks for the help guys, I think she was just dehydrated. Her eyes are almost completly unsunken
