k where to start
28 from NY. went back to college 4 years ago and am about to graduate with a degree in finance. i went back to college ona spur of the moment thing. i went to the local college on a wednesday to find out info, then ran around wednesday afternoon to the other colleges i previously attended to order transcripts. went back out thursday morning and picked up said transcripts and brought them to the new college. registered that thursday. started class that friday, hahahahah
got my associates thenwent on for the bachelors.
still living at home, and hate it for the most part, just cant afford to live on my own right now and smart enough to not let go off a good thing.
work part time with my cousin doing air conditioning.
dont know how im gonna survive in the suit and tie world, since ive been a jeans and boots laborer my whle life, some construction, concrete work, air conditioning, auto parts, but the best job was working for a beer distributor Cheesy ahhhhh the good old days!

like i said, live at home with my mom, by beagle (just got bit by another dog tonight), down  to 1 freshwater tank, and now a few rhacs. just started with reptiles in january. went to my first show last nov and met a great local breeder. the following show in january, iran right to his booth and picked out my first crested. NOTE TO ALL BREEDERS: A good personality goes a long way Smiley

i dont have many friends, but thats by choice, im semi anti social, and basically, i have my own shit to deal with and cant be bothered dealing with the petty bullshit of others. i have a low threshold for bullshit and will call you out on it everytime.

im very sarcastic, love a good laugh. those laughs sometimes come at others expense. i have, at times, a very sick sense of humor. i dont get offended easily (take a whole lot in fact) and am not too particularly fond of those that get offended
im actually very easy going. i dont like fighting and try to avoid it for the most part, but will throw myself into the ring if need be. im single, kind of enjoy, kind of hate it.

hobbies include paintball, pool, and motorcycling.

heres my pic

thats all you get for now Tongue

it takes a different kind of person to ride a dirtbike. i think you are all crazy lmao

i love the y/b color combo. i got it mainly because everyone has the blue/white and to top it off the b/w has white rims, wtf were they thinking  Huh
it gets alot of attention, unfortunately it catches the police eye as well
i ride until the snow falls! i hate riding in the summer

yes, definately more exciting, but also very dangerous in my neck of the woods of NY, not quite the city, but definately not the stixx

it is the first bike ive owned, but not the first bike i learned on. i learned on a suzuki gs500 and also took the MSF class.
for a first bike i would definately recommend either the gs500 or the ninja 500 or the suzuki sv650
out of the 3 i personally prefer, the sv. awesome bike!!!!
great bike imo
great handling, v-twin motor with decent power and good torque (sounds pimp) and pretty sharp. the sv is more of a naked bike, but the sv650s has the option to buy fairings, and looks amazing with them!
the 500 will get old relatively quickly, the sv650 can last a lifetime! it really is that great of a bike
theres even a race class for them

What do you think about the buell's?  They are fairly cheap bikes... but is it not worth it?

which model, bah nevermind, they all suck, lol
tthe only thing i like about, i think its the lighting, is the brake rotor. goes along the rim, but ive heard negative effects about that same design....i just think it looks cool
i dont think id ever waste the money on one of them. for the most part they are more money than the top 4 manufacturers and not nearly as competitve, power and handling wise.

buells are harleys, enough said, lol

actually, they are very "pretty" bikes. but thats about it.
their bikes are so far behind, its not even funny. they FINALLY bumped up the motor to 96" and finally went with a 6 speed. guess the v-rod had some influence finally.
still, they are severly lacking in power compared to the likes of japanese cruisers and cost a hell of a lot more. harly davidson is so over priced, for everyhting, parts/accesories/labor. it should almost be illegal!
my uncle owns a fatboy and my cousin owns the little one, wtf is it called, not the nighttrain but the same bike.
ive ridden both and it was cool. they sound awesome.
i love the rigid look of the fatboy. but would definately get a japanese cruiser before i forked over the cash for a harley

Right.. I get what your saying.  I will definately look into the bikes you were talking about though.  I like those kind of bikes, I was just never into them like that.  I was mainly into the Harly's and all that because my brother took me to all the motorcycle things and he had a Harly and got me into all that.  Just wondering about the buells because I like those styles of bikes.  Such as your's, your bike is awesome.

Hey Tony, I'm feeling you about the HVAC vs. "Suits" I did HVAC for 4 years before going back to school. I can't wait to get my degree but I know there'll be times I'd gladly trade the mental labor for the physical labor. Funny to see how quickly I started gaining weight when I stopped climbing up and down ladders all day with a toolbelt  Cheesy

thanks christa, i try not to kill myself everytime i ride, but i mmore worried about stupid drivers killing me

if you all want to see a vid here is one that a riding buddy made on one of our upstate rides
*actually, the vid was made on a closed circuit and performed by professional riders , then photo edited to look like a country road. no country roads were actually harmed during the making of this video

http://vids.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=vids.individual&videoid=561879428

if you look close enough you can actually see a pic of me Tongue
