They get a little bigger than cresteds and get a little heavier. I feed mine cgd and crickets about twice a week since they should have more protien in their diet. I've heard they sometimes liek to bask. there tails grow back and they are known to eat eachothers tails if kept together. ussually its the female in pairs. its not bad for them it's nutritious. Some peopel throw in there cresteds tail for them to eat if the crested drops it.
There's just a few morphs and colorations. Theres mainly 3 morphs, patterless being the most rare, reticulated being the most common, and striped. but you can get a mix of retic and stripe. colors can range from orange, reds, blacks, ghost, greys, browns, yellows. eye color can be blue, yellowish or liek a grey. striped ones have stripes and retics have like wavy bands across there body goign in a different direction than stripes do. they can also have blotches or spots in another color all over their body, its pretty eay to tell the diffence between the 3 main groups Like cresteds you have to wait to tell adult coloration. I bought a normal greyish looking one about 10 months ago and now its like redish orange.
