I put this on the wrong post by mistake;

I got this old tank online, it didn’t come with a screen top.  I can’t find anything to fit it or find the correct top made by the manufacture.  Has anyone seen this type before?  I was told it was quite old by a guy that owns a reptile shop here in suburban Chicago.
Three sides are like a regular aquarium the forth side is shown in the photo…

I have one exactly like that. Unfortunately, I don't know where to find another screen top for it and can't provide you with one. Mine is still in great shape but has no tag, sticker, anything to show who made them.

I actually found it at a garage sale and got it for $10.00! You can find some cool deals at rummage/garage sales on tanks sometimes.

i've google many good sites that show how to ake easy tank lids. they were all very cheap.
i'm sure youll find something if you cruise around for a bit. most were snake sites.

That one has a sliding top with a front plastic plate to cover the front gap. That is going to be tough as heck to make if you can somehow find the parts to do so. I think you will have to do lots of searching to find the lid and just buy it outright.

I used to have a cage like that too. The screen would slide into the frame and actually fill in the gaps.
Did you get around to making a lid yet?

Not yet.
I got a large really cool tank on Craig’s List.  It's 30 inches wide 24 inches tall by 13 inches thick, made by oceana(?).  It's great, the top is a screen lis and the sides are screen doors.  For the first time all my cresteds (1 male and 3 females) are hunting crickets.
I’m going to save the old tank and fix it for my Corn Snakes.
